Villa Diaporos is located in Sithonia peninsula of the Halkidi region in Northern Greece. The villa is on the small island of Diaporos, opposite the residence settlement of Vourvourou, only 10 kilometers away from Agios Nikolaos village. The area is very quiet and offers privacy and intense nature features. Most of the island is covered by pine forrest that is uniquely combined to the amazing coast line and pure natural features.
The brand new beachfront villa has a private pool and can accommodate up to 20 persons in its 10 bedrooms. This beautiful and modern property streches for a total of 920 square meters, which includes tha main villa of 820 square meters, the independent beach studio of 47 square meters and two separate staff houses of 53 square meters in total. The enormous ground floor hosts spacious areas including 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Special care has been taken in terms of amenities and modern design with up-to-date features and distinctive architectural elements. The furniture that has been selected own simple modern lines in order to provide a general feeling of calmness and relaxation.
The first floor of the villa is also spacious and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the beach one can find the independent studio with a private terrace and unobstructed view to the sea. The studio possesses all the necessary amenities and features that provide privacy in a peaceful atmosphere.
